Assignment 2 Regard G1, G2 as the inner loop subsystem, and Gz as the outer loop subsystem. Task 1: Design a PD controller for the inner loop subsystem and a Pl controller for the outer loop subsystem using the successive loop closure approach. Task 2: Simulate the closed-loop system in Simulink for 60 seconds and tune the design parameters so that the following two requirements are satisfied: 1) the closed-loop system is stable under the step input; 2) the overshot is within 10% of the final value. G2 G3 น G1 azs $2 + ais + a2 1 х 04 у S S aj = 1, az = 10, az = = 35,24 = 35 umax = 1 In the submission, show the followings: 1) the details on designing the two controllers (5 marks); 2) the Simulink model and the final simulation result satisfying the above two requirements (5 marks).
