i. Problem #3 (25 points): Design a transistor circuit with the following criteria. Assume availability of +5V and +9V power sources. Input signal that operates between Vin = OV to +5V, and capable of delivering 0.9mA. il. Output to control an external 4 ohm grounded load powered by 9V. a) What is the current gain (B) from the external output load to the input signal? What type of circuit system do you think you need? b) Draw your designed circuit with final values. Make sure to calculate the values of passive circuit elements, label actual P/N components, use datasheet values, etc. as part of your design process. Must show your work to justify your design.
