A new blood test was used to screen for ovarian cancer in 475 women with biopsy-proven ovarian cancer (gold standard positive for disease), and 1725 matched control women with no evidence of cancer at biopsy (gold standard disease-free). The results of the blood test were positive in 431 of the confirmed ovarian cancer cases, while 47 control women without ovarian cancer also tested positive. Create the 2 x 2 table necessary for evaluating validity/reliability, filling in the appropriate values for true positives, false positives, true negatives, and false negatives, and providing the row totals and column totals (hint: use the Canvas table tool to make a 4 x 4 table, and label the 4 column headings "Test, GS +, GS-, and Total", to correspond to the test findings, gold standard positive, gold standard negative, and row totals, respectively). Calculate the sensitivity, specificity, and positive predictive value of the new test
