62-year-old man arrives at the emergency department complaining of
severe chest pain (began one hour ago). Associated with shortness
of breath. His son adds that he was very sweaty when the pain
began. The patient is known diabetic and hypertensive and takes
insulin and amlodipine. His blood pressure is 145/100 mm Hg, pulse
rate 95 beats per minute, respiration 24 breaths per minute,
temperature 37.1°C, and oxygen saturation (spo2)77. The patient
appears anxious. On auscultation faint crackles are heard at both
lung bases. His random blood sugar (RBS) is 650 mg/dl checked by
glucometer. Based on the above scenario give answers for the
