came from Midland hospital post left sided parietal
haemorrhage.
Diagnosis: High Cholesterol. stroke CVA unspecified left sided
2021 and 2017, HTN, UTI, T2DM insulin dependent, osteoarthritis
left hip.
Medical history: left Total knee replacement and severe OA
left hip.
