CQI Tool: Brainstorming and any other Tool of Your Choice
You are part of a 3-person committee established to help improve the health and wellness of all hospital employees. You are to identify the names of the employees on the committee and state the area in which they work. You will represent each of these employees in your report. Your team members are to develop a comprehensive plan that will support this wellness initiative.
1. Identify team members and their departments. Each team member will give a suggestion as to how they will improve employee health and wellness. They must also list a pro and con for their suggestion.
2. Follow the protocol for the second CQI tool you have chosen to make your decision. The first was brainstorming.
3. In one paragraph (approximately 10-15 sentences) describe your approach and the wellness initiative your team will suggest to hospital management. This will depend on the results of your CQI tool.
You will have three areas for this report. The idea of each team member, the brainstorming of the committee, the second CQI tool used, and the decision of the committee that will be presented to the hospital administration.
