The following questions is your opportunity to tell us about
you. We encourage you to take your time on this assignment. Be
open, reflective, and honest. Your response will help us understand
more about you and is one of many factors that we consider when
making our admission decision.
Please answer the following questions succinctly but with enough
detail for the selection committee to fully evaluate your
statements. Directions: Questions 1-4 are required for all
applicants. Question 5 is optional for all applicants. Question 6
is required only if you have previously been or are currently
enrolled in another nursing program. Please stay within the

diverse backgrounds with integrity and compassion. In your own
words, please define “diversity” and explain the different ways

your application that might not otherwise be readily apparent? For
