Use the Care plan as well as this case study to complete the assignment/scenario Mrs. Gloria Anton is 88 years old, she has CHF and is Diabetic. She is on Oxygen (2L/min via NP) delivered by a concentrator in her room and in all common areas. She can be without Oxygen for short periods of time, please assess for SOB when without Oxygen insitu. She also requires assessment for increased edema. She enjoys music and has her own CD's in her room, Gloria also enjoys being reminded and/or assisted to any musical based Recreation activities. Gloria prefers tea at meals and snacks. Today is Tuesday, you will be providing am care and assistance to the dining room for breakfast.
