Question 10: Imagine that you are a consultant for the World
Bank and a client country has proposed expanding the money supply
in order to lower the unemployment rate. Most countries are not
very successful, however some countries have had success. Explain
to the government what is the obvious bad outcome that could occur.
Then explain how could they achieve a good outcome, such as what we
