Question 4 13 points Stability of a wave buoy is tested in still water. The buoy has a sphere and a cylinder and they are coaxially connected as shown below. The radius of the sphere and the cylinder is 20 cm 30 cm 15 cm i) Calculate the density of the buoy. ii) Check whether the buoy is stable when turning a small angle in the still water. ili) It is suggested to replace the sphere with a cone that has the same weight and height as the sphere to increase stability. Comment it is correct or not using the Metacenter formula need for any calculation.
