Please explain why and what is happening
Consider a line charge +9 = 54C/cm inside a conducting cylinder of internal radius r = 10 cm and external radius re = 12 cm. The center of the conducting cylinder is at the center of the cylindrical coordinate system. Region 3 (a) 50 points: Assume that the conducting Region 2 cylinder is not grounded and find the field in regions (1), (2) and (3) in cylindrical Region 1 coordinates. (b) 50 points: Assume that the conducting Pe cylinder is grounded externally and find the field in regions (1), (2) and (3) in cylindrical coordinates. +/
