Draw a circuit diagram for the control of a water tank. The
system consists of the following main components: a start/stop
button, where you start the system, once the system is running, it
should work automatically until you stop the system from the stop
button.
A water pump which starts when the level in the tank falls below
the minimum level and stops when the full level in the tank is
reached. The system has a signal light to indicate whether the pump
is running or not (also provide the system with a signal light to
indicate that the automation is running)
The system also has a level sensor and a signal light indicating
that the tank is overfilled! If the tank is overfilled, the pump
should not be able to start until the minimum level in the tank is
reached again.
For control use three contactors with 3 normally open (NO)
contacts and 3 normally closed (NC) contacts, as well as three
limit switches (minimum, maximum and alarm level).
Continue the planning of the water tank system by thinking how
you would solve it using logic gates. Sketch the systems on
paper.
