Test: Answer the case studies given below, each question carries 10 marks-105-50 marks 1) Company A had an engineering job to be given to a subcontracting company. The subcontracting took the job and a formal contract was signed between the two parties. While the project was ongoing some technical difficulties faced by the subcontracting company forced the project to be stopped for a period of 1 month. This stall in the project work was discussed in a meeting afterwards which was recorded in a formal minutes of meeting. In this meeting it was decided that the stall in the work will be compensated by extension of work. The decision in the negotiation meeting was not recorded in the formal contracting documents, however minutes of meeting signed by the representatives were present in this scenario.
