An I section ( 100mm overall
width , 200 mm overall depth and 15 mm thick throughout ) when used
as a section of simply supported beam deflects by 5mm over a span
5m under a udl 25 kn/m throughout . when same section is used as
column which is hinged at both ends , determine the safe Euler's
load with factor safety 1.5
