Your supervisor tells you that a recent survey of the company's 1,200 employees indicated in a low rate of job satisfaction and even lower rate of organizational commitment. The company is about to expand but first would like to improve how employees feel about the company and their job. You have been asked to select three of the factors in the figure above and describe what they each mean and how they can each be developed in the retail setting of the company so that employees may eventually report higher rates of job satisfaction before expansion is undertaken.
