By referring to this table, please answer the questions below; 1. By using the Fick's Law formula, calculate the rate of diffusion across the membrane of each region. From your calculation result; suggest the best region for drug administration route. (4 marks) II. In your opinion, why the rate of diffusion is varied according to different regions? (2 marks) Note: a. Assume that the contact surface area is same for all types of region. b. Assume that the extent of drug is 100% bioavailability in the blood stream. c. Variable a, b, c, d, and e are the number from your matric no. For example, if your matric number is 17012345, when converted to variable as 170abcde, thus a=1, b=2, c=3, d=4, and e=5. If your number is 0. please change to 1. For example, if your matric number is 17012340, thus e=1.
