I need help with the following question, I have provided the
business and problem statement
Problem Statement: Improving laboratory efficiency and quality
LIS in order to improve overall laboratory operations.
the problem is unmanageable turnaround time in the laboratory
that results in delay in releasing results, then you
receive bad feedback from clients. The team should do
something to improve TAT(turn around time), so the better and
improved system, the better feedback you will receive from your
clients and patients.
