Sameer you will write down your own clinical notes. The visit is
segmented into three portions: Initial observations, review of
systems, and physical exam. You will be provided the opportunity to
take clinical notes within this activity for each portion. Then, at
the end of the visit, you will review your clinical notes from the
appointment and decide how you want to code the visit. You will
have the opportunity at the end of this scenario to print a copy of
your clinical notes and coding information.
