If I am in the lab and I have a mixture of NaOH, NaHCO3 and HCl.
Explain what result I would get if I accidentally extracted the
mixture in the reverse order (HCl, NaOH then NaHCO3)? Would I be
able to seperate the mixture or not and why?
The mixture is being extracted using a weak acid solvent, strong
acid solvent, neutral solvent and a base.
