You notice a staff member by pass the screening and head towards the staff lounge to put her things away and come back in the screening line to be screened in for her shift. When providing peri-care you notice she has had an episode of diarrhea. They resident is embarrassed and apologizes that she couldn't go to the washroom by herself.
