6. You arrive at a client's home and check the support plan, which has been undated. Recent instructions are that the support worker is to assist the client to take their medication. You have not been trained in this area and even though it is listed on your job role it has not been part of the duties you have been performing with your current clients.
a. What do you think is the correct action to take when you have not received the required training for this procedure?
