(1) Determine the reference voltage and conversion resolution of the 8-bits DAC if the output is 10V when the inputs are 111111112. (ü) The client is not satisfied with the conversion resolution of the 8-bits DAC (solution of Q4 (b)(i)). The client requests for a DAC that is at least 75% better than the existing 8-bits DAC (solution of 04 ( 60) in terms of conversion resolution (Let the reference voltage to be 10 V). Determine the minimum bits of the DAC to fulfill the requirement with minimal additional cost.
