prepared and knowledgeable about (1) one’s own product compares to
that of the next best alternative (2) customer’s level of price
sensitivity and (3) company’s price discount rules and regulations.
Please explain whether this training may decrease or increase the
financial performance of the firm. Please explain your reasoning in
