Pi is suffering from a psychatric disorder 8) You are dispatched to an MVC possible entrapment. You AOS for a non-restrained pt who was in a head on collision. There was no air bag deployment, the steering wheel is bent, and the pt compartment has extensive indentation. The fire department was able to quickly extricate the pt. The pt appears A&O x1, lung sounds absent on the left, trachea is deviated to the right, and there is slight IVD. Vitals are: BP 84/50 P 126 R8.
