For a given flight, its temperature at departure is defined as the recorded temperature (at the correct airport) for that given hour. For example, if a flight leaves at 5:44am, its temperature at departure is the recorded temperature at 5:00am. Determine the number of flights that departed when the temperature was freezing ( 32.e) or below freezing.
