1. This table is measuring the WebNeuro stress score differences between 17 randomized participants in a transcendental mediation study for 12 weeks (Leach et al., 2015). The participants were caregivers for family members with dementia. Half the participants were participating in a TM practice and half were waitlisted. 2. The table shows a positive correlation between amount of time participating in the TM practice and stress scores, however the waitlisted participants also increased over time.
