character or song of your choosing that exhibits evidence of
cognitive distortions (e.g., character from a book, movie, or TV
show, or lyrics from a song of your choice). You’ll write and
describes the cognitive distortion(s), provide evidence of the
distortion(s) through examples, and identify methods the character
could use to combat the cognitive distortion(s). Detailed

pick (the song title and artist, the character and what
story/movie/show they are from).
Write out one lyric from the song or line that the character
says that appears to be a maladaptive automatic thought. It should
be in quotes like a thought.
