Jamie is a 13-year old female. With puberty, she's becoming more
self-conscious of the changes in her body and is unhappy with her
weight gain. As a result, she's become more interested in nutrition
and exercise, and has increasingly been cutting out different types
of foods (such as added sugars, processed foods, high carb foods,
etc. ) with the intention of wanting to eat perfectly "healthy" and
"clean" at all times. That has also led to an overall decrease in
her total intake and in the past 3 months, she has loss of a total
of 8 lbs.
List two major concerns (along with explanations of why
they are concerns) you would have for Jamie regarding her nutrition
and health.
