When heated, the following reaction occurs: 2 CuFeS3(s) + 7 02(g) → 6 Cu(s) +2 FeO(s) + 6 SO₂ (g) If 2.500 kg of bornite with 91.80% purity is reacted with 1.000 kg of oxygen, (a) Identify the limiting reactant. (b) At 75.0 % completion, what mass (in kg) of FeO is expected to be produced? (c) Calculate the percent yield of the reaction if 1.154 kg of Cu is collected at the end of the reaction.
