The particle moves in a horizontal x − y plane with position
vector r = (At^4, Bt^5) where t is time,A and B are constants with
values of A = 4.0 m s^−3 and B = 3.0 ms^−4 . (a) Write down the
velocity vector v in terms of A, B and t. (b) Use your answer to
part (a) to find the speed of the particle at time t = 1 s.
