I have a separator, operating at steady state; it takes in one feed stream and creates two streams leaving the separator. The feed stream is a mixture of chemicals A and B, has a flowrate of 10 lbm/min, and a mass fraction of A equal to 0.5. One of the streams created by the separator has a flowrate of 4 lbm/min and although I don't know what the mass fraction of A is in this stream, I do know that this stream contains 6 % of the A that was in the feed stream. Find the mass fraction of A in the other stream leaving the separator. Place your answer in the blank below, rounded to two decimal places.
