concentrated permanent load (G) of 100kN (including allowance of
self-weight) and a concentrated live load (Q) of 200kN. The UDL on
the beam, W, consist of a uniformly distributed self-weight of
30kN/m and a uniformly distributed live load 24kN/m. The beam is
bent about the major axis and has full lateral restraint. Show,
using plastic analysis that the section is either suitable or
unsuitable to carry the applied loads
