2- The shown system is used to store H₂ inside tank (2) at 200 bar by booster (3). Booster (3) uses the stored hydrogen in tank (4) at 10 bar produced from electrolyzer (1) by the pressurised air stored at tank (7) at 10 bar produced from compressor system (8). The required power for the electrolyzer and air compressor is supplied by the renewable energy system (6). Assume that it is required to fill tank (2) of 6 m³ by H₂ at 200 bar considering the following characteristics of the system devices. Electrolyzer (3) (4) Booster Specific power consumption of the electrolyzer to produce H₂ at 10 bar is 5000 Wh/m³. (1) Electrolyzer Rectifier Qair For the Booster to fill the tank at 200 bar Air compressor ZH Flow capacity of H₂ of the booster is 50 L/min where the required air (8) consumption from the compressor is 1800 L/min Compressor Compressor output power 9.6 kW to produce air flow capacity 1600 L/min Compressor efficiency 0.9 Determine the required power from the renewable system (6) in kW and time required to completely fill tank (2). H₂
