It is known that a coal conveyor is combined with a weight sensor using a strain gauge that functions as a load cell. This conveyor has the characteristic of stopping the motor rotation if the weight of coal passing through the weight sensor exceeds a certain capacity. To be able to determine the weight of the coal passing through, a bridge model signal conditioner and an inverse op amp are used to amplify the output signal from the bridge, the results are known from the LCD display board.
