Starting with the 4-bit adder, 74LS83 or 74LS283, design an adder/subtracter circuit
of 3 bits + sign, adding the necessary additional logic gates.
The subtraction will be done in 1's complement and the final result will be the real one without the need for
having to mentally decomplete in the negative results.
