Write a C program to read and analyze two EEG data sets acquired
from a real subject (attached below). The 1st data set was acquired
at baseline, then the subject worked on solving mathematical
problems and the 2nd data set was acquired. Your program will
compare the two data sets to see if there is a difference in brain
activity before and after solving mathematical problems. Your
program should do the following steps:
