PROJECT PROPOSAL We will design and implement a website that serves as a non-profit charity. The purpose of this charity is to end hunger and illiteracy through the provision of nutritious meals and books to children, adults, and families in need by informing, engaging. Through a food pantry, emergency financial aid, counseling and referrals, and education opportunities, we serve those in need with the hope "that everyone might be fed." The web page would have a donation option where you or someone can donate money, food bags or clothes that would be send to one of the administration home and can be distributed to the people through the events, as a form of fundraising we also going to use the website to sell T-shirts, mugs, low price books etc. The name of the charity comes from the use of the hands to help other people. A lot of people use their hands to destroy the world, we want to use it to give people a small amount of hope in the city.

MISSION STATEMENT To end hunger and illiteracy through the provision of nutritious meals and books to children, adults, and families in need. By informing, engaging, and motivating communities and partners our goal is to provide food pantries, emergency financial aid, counseling and referrals, and educational opportunities.

VISION STATEMENT Create a world where no child goes to bed hungry. Share our values to make the city a better place through our donations and collaboration. Giving people with low access to their basic needs an opportunity. As a non-profitable business we want to grow and expand our resources to help more people.

SWOT ANALYSIS Strengths: The educational opportunity to get to know the topic to the public, the project might attract more people and investors. Weakness: The stock price from the website is not automatically updated with the current market price, the program should be more detailed on how much money is invested. Opportunity: On the website, we can analyze the subject from different people and determine what the program and stock are about. • Threats: The lack of information about the program because it is not well known in the world that become an issue for investors.
