Design a Python Flask API that will do the following: Return a
set of random jokes as a Json array based on a url variable. When
the user requests the API, a random array of jokes will be returned
as a Json array. You can choose the API route you like, a sample
url can look like: http://localhost:8000/jokes?num=10 (Links to an
external site.) so in this case the user will get an array of 10
random jokes.
ps: please read the full question i want an external url to
contain the jokes which then are imported into the python app
through a variable with parameters. then i want them stored in a
list which will randomize them and print them out in json format
