ROLE PLAY – 20% of Final Grade GUIDELINES Make groups of two
members. Select any product or Service you would like to sell. It
could be as simple as selling a laptop – In order to gain good
marks, Please make sure to: - Give a proper introduction; to the
Topic & Yourself - Cover the Prospecting and Pre-approach Part
properly - It should be a business to business selling scenario. -
Ensure the sales person approaches the customer and not the other
way round. (select the scenario and product/service accordingly) -
For Seller: Ask RELEVANT QUESTIONS - For Buyer: GIVE INTELLIGENT
RESPONSES TO PROSPECTIVE CLIENT & THEIR QUERIES - Follow all
the “10 Important Steps” in Personal selling Due to the current
scenario – I would like the buyer and seller to have a video call
amongst yourself where you present the pre-planned script. You can
record this video call and upload it in the assignment section on
the due date
