Your company won a Guma Valley Water Company project which required to construction of a 20inch diameter pipeline 20km long for distribution of water from their reservoir dam located at Mile 13 to Freetown. This project is supposed to be completed in 200days. The cost of the project 200,000 dollars. Today is 100th day and work done so far is 1.2km pipeline construction. A total of 90,000 dollars has so far been spent on the project. Assume your company will spend 10000 dollars to construct 1km pipeline daily. Calculate the Cost Variance, schedule Variance, Cost performance index, Schedule performance index. Calculate Estimate at completion (ETC) assuming the same rate and pace is applied throughout the project. Calculate Estimate to Complete and Variation at Completion assuming the project will be done as per the first 100days.
