An open-topped tank with square bottom, 0.9 m on a side is 0.60
m high. It floats in water. A steel block (s=7.86) is placed inside
at the bottom center. If the tank alone weighs 300 N, and
neglecting the thickness of the walls of the tank, determine (4.a)
the maximum allowable weight of steel in KN. (4.b) the draft, in m
if the same steel block is now attached at the bottom center
outside the tank.
