A concrete pipe with a radius of 2760 mm and a mass of 2800 kg
is located so that it can roll down a sloping plane with an
inclination angle of 15 degrees. A wire, attached to the top of the
tube, keeps the tube still. The wire is horizontal and the other
end is attached to a rock wall.
Draw the forces acting on the concrete pipe, and name the
forces. Which of the forces acting on the concrete pipe are equal,
and why?
