enabled variables may be totally distinct from traditional design
variables as is the case when virtual corporations are compared to
traditional organizational subunits. IT enabled variables may also
be an extension of a traditional variables as in the case of
developing linking mechanisms. Conventional organizations have
historically organized workers together for purposes of
