Introduction: Your Project Management Team has been appointed by a private investor (John Pty Ltd) to build a new High-Rise Multistorey Office Complex in Melbourne. The Client owns the land (approximately 100 m long by 80 m width of 8000 Sq. meters) with provided in with an approved budget of $24 million only for building the Centre. The client would like to develop this site with advanced amenities required in a modern Commercial Facility to meet the need for the current demand. As the Project Management Team of the project, you are requested to submit a Project Charter (PC), Project Management Plan (PMP) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) for this development and to manage the activities required to deliver the Multistorey Office Complex. Deliverable 1: Project Charter (PC) - Report should be in .docx format Submission Deadline: Session 5 Acting on behalf of the Client, your project team will prepare a Project Charter (PC) for the new High-Rise Multistorey Office Complex. As part of this process, the client has requested you to develop a PC detailing the project scope and the proposed concept plan for the initial approval for developing a Project Management Plan (PMP). A Project Charter should typically include the following information. • Introduction - to include case background. • Aim/Purpose. • High Level project description Detailed Project Scope • Key deliverables (Major One) .
