(a) For the case when the car is stationary, obtain the maximum torque (moment) that the motor can apply to the wheel, without causing it to slip on the ground. Obtain the expression in terms of wheel diameter D, normal force between the wheel and the ground N, and coefficient of static friction μg. (b) Now consider a case when the car is moving taking into account the aerodynamic loads.
