The top loader can unload a truck on average in 12 minutes. Assume the coefficients of variation for both inter-arrival times and unloading times (CVa and CVp) to be equal to 1. a) How long a truck has to wait on average before being unloaded? b) How many trucks on average are waiting in the queue to be unloaded? c) What percentage of time the top loader is busy? d) Assume each minute of waiting of a truck in the queue costs 1 USD.
