The traffic growth during the design period consists of normal traffic growth = 2500 Veh/day, developed traffic growth = 1500 Veh/day, and generated traffic growth = 1000 Veh/day. Design period = 15 years, traffic annual growth rate = 4%, K= 0.12, D = 0.7, lane capacity is 1200 P.C.E/hr, lane width= 3.8m, shoulder width = 3m, and median width = 3m. (Note Future traffic = Current traffic + Normal traffic growth + Developed traffic growth + Generated traffic growth)
