There is 10 rain gauge stations in a catchment. The annual
rainfalls recorded by the gauges are the following: 102.3cm,
181.12cm 123.4cm, 43.5cm, 112.23cm, 88.89cm, 75.5cm, 69.69cm,
97.87cm, 111.11cm. For an 8% error in the estimation of mean
rainfall, calculate the optimum number of stations in the
catchment.
