Keeping in mind a Grocery Store, a new staff member is added in
the system in the following way. Manager chooses the “Add Staff”
option from the interface. The system will display a form to enter
the staff information (Name, address, mobile number, email address
and salary). The manager fills the form and commands the system to
save the data. The system asks the user to confirm to save the data
if there is no error. The system saves the data after confirmation
and sends the system generated staff id and password to the staff
member using his mobile number.
The system will generate separate errors in the following cases
and the manager has to re-enter the information in case of
error.
