3. Your chances of catching COVID are dependent upon your inhalation dose, which is how many virus particles you inhale. Inhalation dose is dictated by the following equation: Inhalation dose = C*B*t*f where C=concentration of virus particles in the air in your breathing zone (number of particles/L) embedded in respiratory particles B=respiratory minute volume (L/min) (your breathing rate) t-time in indoor environment shared by an infected individual (min) f-fraction of virus particles that deposit in respiratory system (dependent on aerosol particle size conveying virus particles) Given what you know about how gases work on the particulate level and your understanding of dimensional analysis (i.e., converting between units), choose one public health measure recommended over the past two years by either a state or federal agency and explain if it would help prevent you from receiving a high inhalation dose of virus, based on the above equation. If it would help, how? If it wouldn't, what did the agency get wrong in its understanding of the virus? (6 points)
